INTERNAL: How can I add a file or doc to the knowledgebase?

To add a document to the Merchant Forms and Resources tab:
- Click Merchant Form or Resource
- Choose the folder the file will appear in (do not choose an Internal folder if the document's Visibility will be set to External)
- Choose New File
- Browse the computer for your file
- Upload
- File Title will appear as the file name on the Knowledge Base, so use that line appropriately
- Choose yes for External if you would like the file to allow it to be downloaded by users who are not signed in to the KB.
- Click Save
