INTERNAL: How can I add a file or doc to the knowledgebase?

What's in this article?

 To add a document to the Merchant Forms and Resources tab:

  1. Click Merchant Form or Resource
  2. Choose the folder the file will appear in (do not choose an Internal folder if the document's Visibility will be set to External)
  3. Choose New File
  4. Browse the computer for your file
  5. Upload
  6. File Title will appear as the file name on the Knowledge Base, so use that line appropriately
  7. Choose yes for External if you would like the file to allow it to be downloaded by users who are not signed in to the KB.
  8. Click Save
