INTERNAL: What are the different chat statuses?

CSRs can change their individual Chat status by accessing the Chat status drop down list at the top right hand corner of Parature.
Available (Assign)
Identifies a CSR who is available to chat and will be queues s/he supports.
Available (Grab)
Indicates that the CSR is available grab chat from his/her assigned queues.
Transfer Only
Identifies this CSR as being transferred to him/her; chats will not be automatically assigned to CSRs with this status
Internal Only
Indicates that this CSR is available for CSR assigned to CSRs with this status
Offline
Indicates that this CSR is offline and is not available for any form of chat This is the footer. Please double click to edit or go to Insert> Header and Footer Page 4 of 8
