10/13 2:00 pm EDT -Paya is aware that some users experienced transaction failures over Paya gateway between approximately 1:45 and 1:51 pm EDT today. The issue has been resolved and normal processing has resumed.

Paya Gateway, Virtual Terminal and Paya Exchange IP Address Update

Paya will be updating IP addresses for Paya Virtual Terminal, Paya Exchange, and products integrated to Paya Gateway for payment processing, effective November 7, 2020.

If your network or your integrated application relies on whitelisting IP addresses in order to reach Paya's endpoints, please ensure you've whitelisted the IP addresses listed here:

ALERT: Security Vulnerability within Ingenico Telium 2 Terminals (ipp320 Pin Pads)

Paya is working with Ingenico to test and deploy an updated software release to address the potential security vulnerability within the iPP320 device. We are also developing an application that can be downloaded from sageexchange.com to apply the software update to devices already in the field. We anticipate this app to be available late-September.

ALERT: Micros Merchant Link Universal Payment Gateway no longer supported

Our relationship with Micros has ended as of June 30, 2020. As a result, connection to Micros’s Merchant Link Universal Payment Gateway is no longer actively supported. While users can continue to process via Merchant Link for now, we do not anticipate this being a viable long term option.

Users wishing to continue to use Micros solutions may consider switching to one of these alternate solution vendors:
