Suggested Action

Attempt to process the transaction again with a corrected address and zip code. Each attempt may leave a pending charge on the customer's statement. In most cases, these pending charges drop off within 24 hours.

Additional Details
Check with the cardholder to verify the billing address on file with the issuing bank.  Please note that most international cards do not support AVS checks; you will need to turn off the AVS risk controls to get an approval.
