Step1: Clear terminal cache

1. On Main Menu, select Administration
2. On Administration menu, select Configuration
3. On Incendo Browser menu, select Configuration
4. Enter "admin" as Username and "Adg3456", or may need to be reset 
5. On Configuration menu, select Incendo Browser Settings
6. On Incendo Browser Configuration menu, select Services Management
7. On Services Management menu, select Remove Services
8. On Services Clearance page, select OK
9. After "Cach cleaning" and "Done" messages appear, press the Cancel button multiple times to escape.

Step2: Download latest terminal services

1. On Main Menu, select Administration

2. On Administration menu, select Configuration

3. On Incendo Browser men, select Connect to Gateway

4. After "Operation Successful" message appears, select Go To Homepage
