How do I search Enterprise ACH for a batch file?

Resolution

Enterprise ACH refers to Virtual Check batches as "files". You can search for a particular batch by logging in to Enterprise and selecting File Search. The system can search by FileName and/or Debit and Credit totals:

You can find the FileName in the Settled Batches section of the Virtual Terminal:

Or in the EFT Funding report in UNO:

Notice that the filename follows a standard format: the letter F, followed by the VT ID, the date, and then a unique identifier (separated by dashes). Furthermore, the File Search allows for partial entry. Therefore, you could find all of a merchant's batches for a particular month, say, by entering the filename up to and including the month.
