Directing Merchants to the WebEx Session Portal

Description:

While most merchants are able to follow your instructions and correctly type the URL (sagena.WebEx.com/Sagena) in the Browser, some other merchants may find that challenging; they either misspell it, or worse search it through a search engine instead.

Is there an easier alternative?

Resolution:

One of the quickest ways to direct a merchant to the WebEx session portal shown below.

The easiest alternative approach, is to direct them to Google.com, and have them search for the keywords “sage software/Lc” (in that combination.)
And from the search result page, click on the first result, as shown below.


That will take the merchant directly to the WebEx session portal. From here on, simply provide them with the meeting number.
