Comparing data from exported VT reports

Description
Steps on how to create an Excel PivotTable for the purpose of filtering specific data from  
 
Resolution
In the example below, we picked a transaction report from the VT and compared duplicate transactions.

Step 1: After you get the report from VT (include all the transactions you want to look for duplicates) click on cell A1 and do CTRL+T > OK



Step 2:  Inset > Pivot Table > OK



Step 3: Drag the Field you want to match (Message, Card or Acct, Name, etc.) down to the Rows and Value Boxes (same field in both boxes)




Step 4: Right click in first cell under Total. Then click Sort> Largest to smallest
