Error: "forbidden 403 remote error" through ICINITI

Description

Merchant that are running ICINITI software may encounter an error that says "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."  

Resolution

1. Go to ICINITI Credit Card Setup & Options
2. Under the Payment Gateway tab select "Verus" to change Gateway Settings
3. Change the server address to https://gateway.sagepayments.net/cgi-bin/eftBankcard.dll?transaction
