When I try to submit a transaction in the Virtual Terminal, I am taken to a search page and the card is not processed. What do I do to fix this?

Resolution

This typically occurs when a user presses Enter on the transaction page. To submit a transaction, the user must click "Submit Transaction" with their mouse; pressing Enter (or Return) on the keyboard will not actually submit the transaction.
