Description
Can the administrator unlock a user once they have been locked out of the Virtual Terminal?
Resolution
The VT administrator has access to add, remove, configure, lock and unlock users in the Virtual Terminal under Configuration/User Management. To unlock a user, simply locate their User Name and click Unlock.
To lock out a user, click Lock.
