How do I pull a report in the Virtual Terminal?

Resolution

There are a few Reporting options in the Virtual Terminal:

  1. If you would like to pull a report on your Current Batch (unsettled transactions) go to Batch Management, then choose Credit Card or Virtual Check.
  2. If you would like to pull a report listing all of your transactions from the current day, up to 30 days, go to Reporting, then choose Transaction Activity (select one from the sub menu - Options include Today's Activity, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days)
  3. You can perform a custom search of report by going to Reporting, choose Transaction Search.
