After upgrading Internet Explorer (IE) I can no longer access the Virtual Terminal

I’ve upgraded Internet Explorer (IE) and now I cannot access the Virtual Terminal

Resolution

If you are having issues accessing the Virtual Terminal or the menus please make sure your Compatibility Settings are enabled.

Internet Explorer 8 or higher:

1. Go to Tools
2. Select Compatibility View Settings
3. Add the URL in Add this website:
4. Click Add
5. Click Close
6. Restart Internet Explorer

*Chrome, Firefox and Safari do not have Compatibility View Settings.
