My internet is down and I have to switch my terminal to the phone line. How do I do this?

These instructions apply to all Omni and Vx terminals, except for the Omni 3200.

From the main screen:

1. Press 6
2. Press Communications (F4)
3. Press View (F2)
4. Press Edit (F3) until you see TSYS Backup
5. Press Next (F2) until New: changes to Use Backup
6. Press Slct (F3)
7. Press Exit (F4)
8. Press the red X key twice to go back to the main screen
