Error: Clear Function 9 error on a Tranz terminal

This error occurs when there is a communication error during settlement.  Please check with Paya at 800-261-0240 or 800-552-8227 to verify whether your batch was received before proceeding.  If your batch was not received, follow these steps:

1. Press Clear, Function, 9.
2. Press Enter 3 times.
3. Press 9.  You will see Must Check Totals.
4. Press Function, 5, 1.  Your totals will print/display.
5. Press 9, Enter.  Your batch will be transmitted.
